摘要
目的分析在老年慢阻肺患者的临床护理工作中开展优质护理的效果和价值。方法开展本研究借助回顾性方式,选取我院2017年4月—2019年4月92例老年慢阻肺患者,严格以数字表法为基准进行随机分为(每组46例),其中参照组实施基础护理,研究组予以优质护理;观察护理前后患者肺功能、生活质量。结果护理前两组患者肺功能、生活质量相比,P>0.05。护理后研究组肺功能指标改善较优,生活质量评分较高,数据和参照组相比,P<0.05。结论在老年慢阻肺患者的临床护理工作中开展优质护理效果优异,可改善患者肺功能、提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of high-quality nursing in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods With the help of retrospective method,92 elderly patients with COPD in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were randomly divided into 46 cases in each group,in which the reference group received basic nursing and the research group received high-quality nursing.Observe the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the pulmonary function and quality of life of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After-nursing study group,the improvement of lung function index was better,and the score of life quality was higher,compared with the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has excellent effect,which can improve the lung function and quality of life of patients.
