摘要
在体育信息化工作坚持加强顶层设计,统筹规划,发挥整体效益指导方针的背景下,本文基于综合标准化理论方法,以宏观视角分析了体育信息标准体系的工作背景和需求依据,结合标准体系设计的一般原则以及体育信息产业发展的实际需求,创设了体育信息标准体系的构建思路。从体育信息标准的建构思路及原则和标准体系的划分维度两个方面讨论了体育信息标准体系的具体建设意义、目标和形式。在考虑体育信息产业发展现状的前提下,对开展体育信息标准体系规划设计以及体育信息专业应用标准化领域进行了标准体系的规划和细分,明晰了体育信息标准体系的建构路径,为推进体育信息行业纵深发展提供保障,为推进体育信息产业蓬勃发展注入动力。
Under the background of strengthening the top-level design,overall planning and giving full play to the overall benefits of sports informatization,based on the comprehensive standardization theory,this paper analyzes the working background and demand basis of sports information standard system from a macro perspective.Meanwhile,combined with the general principles of standard system design and the actual needs of the development of sports information industry,the idea of constructing the sports information standard system is created.This paper discusses the construction significance,goal and form of sports information standard system from two aspects:the construction ideas and principles of sports information standard and the division dimensions of standard system.On the premise of considering the development status of sports information industry,the paper plans and subdivides the standard system of sports information standard system planning and design and sports information professional application standardization field,and clarifies the construction path of sports information standard system,so as to provide guarantee for promoting the in-depth development of sports information industry and inject power for promoting the vigorous development of sports information industry.
