摘要
高职煤炭类专业受煤炭经济运行下行压力的影响,学生就业由传统的主动式就业到被动式就业再到"家族式"就业转变。以淮南职业技术学院为例,毕业生存在就业心理不成熟、就业面窄等问题。经研究,采取加强就业价值观教育、增强专业忠诚度、促进学生创新创业、密切联系企业等方法提高就业质量。
Affected by the downward pressure of coal economic operation,the employment of higher vocational coal majors has changed from traditional active employment to passive employment,and then to"family"employment.Taking Huainan Vocational Technical College as an example,the graduates have the problems of immature employment psychology and narrow employment scope.Through research,we can improve the quality of employment by strengthening the education of employment values,enhancing professional loyalty,promoting students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and closely connecting with enterprises.
