摘要
新时代大学道德教育存在德育与智育发展不对称、道德主体虚化、教育空间区隔化等问题,需要明确道德教育过程中工具性教育对实质性教育的冲击。建构新时代大学道德教育可从以下三个方面进行:一是重构新时代大学道德教育的价值,"复植"实体价值与工具价值二重性;二是型塑新时代大学道德教育的责任,积极回应管理系统、大学生和社会等三重责任客体的道德教育目标要求;三是保持一种新时代大学道德教育的实践性反思,力求在学生的个性与社会性的平衡教育中培养具有良知、纪律与爱的"道德人"。
The moral education in universities in the new era faces such challenges as asymmetric development of moral education and intellectual education, abstraction of moral subjects, and segregation of educational space. It is necessary to clarify the impacts of instrumental education on substantive education in the process of moral education. To reshape the moral education in the new era, efforts should be made on the following three aspects: First, the value of moral education in universities needs to be recreated in the new era to integrate the duality of substantive value and instrumental value;second, the responsibility of moral education in universities needs to be redefined in the new era to actively respond to the requirements on objectives of three responsibility subjects of moral education such as the management system, university students and the society;third, practical reflection on moral education in universities in the new era is required to cultivate moral talents with conscience, discipline and benevolence while striving for a balance between personality development and social skills for students.
