摘要 随着经济的快速增长和人口的集聚,人地矛盾日益突出。为探寻西安市生态环境资源与社会经济间的关系,促进区域生态建设的可持续发展,基于生态足迹理论计算西安市2010年~2018年城市消费水平下的生态足迹、生态承载力与生态赤字,以期为西安市生态城市建设提供决策基础与理论依据。结果表明:①2010年~2018年西安市生态足迹由0.2873 hm^(2)/人上升至0.4139 hm^(2)/人,人均消费需求不断扩大;②西安市人均生态承载力由0.2843 hm^(2)下降至0.2603 hm^(2),降幅为8.44%,生态赤字总体呈增长趋势,资源环境可持续发展形式严峻。因此,调节西安市产业结构,优化用地结构,进行节约集约型生态文明城市的建设,是提高西安市生态承载力、实现可持续发展的有效途径。 With the rapid development of Xi’an’s economy, the contradiction between human and land is prominent. For the purpose of probing the relationship between Xi’an’s ecological environment resources and social economy, and facilitating the regional ecological construction and sustainable development, this paper calculates the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit under the urban consumption level of Xi’an from 2010 to 2018 based on the ecological footprint theory. It is expected to provide the decision-making basis and theoretical basis for the construction of Xi ’an eco-city. The results show that:(1)from 2010 to 2018, the ecological footprint of Xi’an city increased from 0.2843 hm2/person to 0.4139 hm2/person, with the per capita consumption demand expanding;(2)the per capita ecological carrying capacity of Xi’an City decreased from 0.2843 hm2 in 2010 to 0.2603 hm2 in 2018, with a decrease rate of 8.44%, the ecological deficit showed an overall growth trend, and the sustainable development of resources and environment was severe. Hence, the effective ways of improving the ecological carrying capacity of Xi’an and achieving sustainable development is to adjust the industrial structure of Xi’an, optimize the land use structure, and build an economical and intensive ecological civilization city.
