摘要
为探讨箱梁支座间距与横梁受力、箱梁整体倾覆稳定的关系,从而确定箱梁支座最小支承间距,为桥下空间利用段现浇箱梁断面设计提供方案指导,以柯桥至诸暨高速公路工程现浇箱梁连续高架桥为工程背景,通过桥梁博士V4.4建立箱梁整体分析模型以及横梁局部分析模型。结果表明:双向4车道断面现浇箱梁支座最小间距可达到4.5 m~5.0 m,对应的参数d/B(最小支座间距与桥宽比值)为1/5.5;双向6车道断面现浇箱梁支座最小间距可达到8.0 m~8.5 m,对应的参数d/B为1/4。该结论可供现浇箱梁断面设计参考。
In order to explore the relationship between the bearing spacing of box girder and the stress of cross beam and the overall inclination stability of box girder,so as to determine the minimum bearing spacing of box girder,and provide scheme guidance for the design of cast-in-situ box girder section in the space utilization section under the bridge,a highway project of continuous viaduct of cast-in-place box girder in Keqiao-Zhuji is taken as the engineering background and a overall analysis model of box girder and its partial model of cross beam are established by Dr.V4.4.The results show that the minimum bearing spacing of cast-in-place box girder with bidirectional four-lane section can reach 4.5~5.0 m,and the corresponding parameter d/B(the ratio of minimum bearing spacing to bridge width)is 1/5.5.The minimum bearing spacing of cast-in-place box girder with two-way six-lane section can reach 8.0~8.5 m,and the corresponding parameter d/B is 1/4.The conclusion can provide engineering reference for section design of cast-in-place box girder.
