摘要 针对煤矿井下巷道支护工艺复杂、效率低、成本高的问题,提出了一种井下巷道支护优化工艺。该支护工艺采用了全新的井下巷道支护结构,以锚、索支护为核心,以锚网支护为补充,在减少支护量的同时显著提升了井下支护效率和安全性。根据实践应用表明,该支护方案能够将巷道支护效率提升39.4%,将巷道变形量降低74.1%。 Aiming at the problems of complex supporting technology,low efficiency and high cost,a kind of optimization technology of underground roadway support is put forward.The support technology adopts a new underground roadway support structure,with anchor and cable support as the core and bolting and mesh support as the supplement,which can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of underground support while reducing the amount of support.According to the practical application,the support scheme can improve the efficiency of roadway support by 39.4 and reduce the deformation of roadway by 74.1%.
