摘要
与传统的螺纹钢锚杆支护相比,玻璃钢锚杆支护可以充分改善巷道维护状况,有效提高采掘效率和生产率。随着金川二矿区开采深度的增加,地质条件和开采环境不断恶化,导致现有支护方式下的巷道屡次发生破坏且返修率高,众多回采进路难以掘支到设计位置回采成本和矿石损失率不断增加。针对二矿区支护参数及变形特征,使用玻璃钢锚杆进行喷锚网支护试验,得出采用玻璃钢锚杆支护更具有优越性,在技术经济、安全性上都是可行的。
Compared with traditional screw stcel bolt support,FRP bolt support can fully improve roadway maintenance status,and electively improve mining efciency and productivily.With the increase of the mining depth in Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area,the geological conditions and mining environment are deteriorating,which leads to the roadway frequently repaired under the existing support mode.Extracting drift is ifcult to excavate and support to the designed location,and the mining cost and loss rate of ore are increasing.According to the supporting parameters and deformation characteristics of the No.2 Mining Area,the FRP bolt support is used to carry out the shotcrete-bolting-mesh support test,and it is coneluded that FRP bolt support is advantageous and feasible in technology,economy and safety.
