摘要
根据生态环境部颁布实施的《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》(HJ 25.3-2019)中的评估方法,选取Cu,Hg,Pb,Cr,Zn,As,Ni 7种重金属污染物,结合Nemerow综合污染指数法对合肥某废弃油库土壤重金属污染物进行人体健康风险评估.结果表明:废弃油库土壤已受到重金属的重度污染,各区域重金属平均值均高于合肥市土壤背景值,且重金属污染集中在发货平台、柴油罐区和汽油罐区;废弃油库健康风险评价表明,该油库土壤具有一定的致癌风险和非致癌危害,各区域致癌危害水平为发货平台>汽油罐区>柴油罐区>润滑油罐区,危害商为汽油罐区>柴油罐区>润滑油罐区>发货平台.
According to the technical guidelines for risk assessment of soil contamination of land for construction(HJ25.3-2019)promulgated by Ministry of ecology and environment,health risk assessment of the abandoned oil depot was evaluated by selecting seven kinds of heavy metals as major pollutants which were Cu,Hg,Pb,Cr,Zn,As and Ni,meanwhile,by combining with the Nemerow multi-factor index method.The results showed that the soil of the abandoned oil depot had been heavily polluted by heavy metals,and the average value of heavy metals in each region was higher than the background value of soil in Hefei City,and the heavy metal pollution was concentrated in the delivery platform,diesel oil tank farm and gasoline tank farm.The health risk assessment of the oil depot showed that the carcinogenic hazard level of each region was the delivery platform>diesel oil tank farm>Gasoline tank farm>lubricating oil tank farm,and the hazard provider was diesel oil tank farm>Gasoline tank farm>lubricating oil tank farm>delivery platform,indicating that the soil of the oil depot had certain carcinogenic risk and non-carcinogenic hazard.
