摘要
本文针对微波模块SM接头内孔毛刺难以去除的问题,提供一种边界再加工方法,从而将切削产生的毛刺二次去除,主动抑制毛刺的产生,最终得到无毛刺的合格产品。
In the process of milling the inner hole of SM connector of microwave module, it was very difficult to remove the burr of the hole because the feature size of the machined hole reaches micron level. Aiming at the problem that it was difficult to remove the burr in the inner hole of SM connector of microwave module, a boundary re-machining method was provided, which could remove the burr generated by cutting twice, actively suppress the burr generation, and obtain qualified products without burr.
