柴油机机体组织与性能数值模拟研究

摘要 为探讨整体铸造柴油机机体的生产工艺,应用铸造仿真模拟软件对某大型柴油机机体在整体铸造过程中的铸造缺陷、机械性能和显微组织进行了数值模拟,同时进行产品的实际生产以验证模拟结果。研究发现,模拟结果与实际生产基本吻合,且利用数值模拟工艺铸造出了性能优良的柴油机机体铸件。结果表明,数值模拟技术不仅能对铸件生产过程中是否产生铸造缺陷进行模拟计算,而且可对铸件的机械性能和显微组织进行模拟分析。模拟结果对铸造工艺的优化、合格产品的生产以及研发效率的提高均具有重要的参考作用和良好的指导意义。 In order to explore the production process of integrally casted large diesel engine block, the cast simulation software was applied to simulate the casting defects, mechanical properties and microstructure of a large diesel engine block in the process of integral casting. At the same time, the actual casting was produced to verify the simulation results. It is found that the simulation results agree well with the actual production, and the diesel engine block with excellent performance is successfully manufactured by the numerical simulation technology. The results show that the numerical simulation technology can not only simulate the casting defects in the process of production, but also simulate the mechanical properties and microstructures of castings. The simulation results have very important reference and good guiding significance for casting process, manufacture of qualified products and improving research efficiency.
