摘要
自《关于深化公安执法规范化建设的意见》实施以来,民警办理治安案件的能力得到很大提升。与刑事案件相比,治安案件在违法行为认定及查处上相对简单,这给公安机关执法规范化建设带来了挑战。从公安机关办理治安案件中存在的问题出发,明确执法规范化在查处治安案件中的重要作用,提出执法规范化在治安案件办理中的具体运用。
Since the implementation of the"Opinions on Deepening the Standardization of Public Security Law Enforcement",the ability of the police to handle public security cases has been greatly improved.But compared to criminal cases,public security cases are relatively simple in identifying and investigating illegal acts,this has brought challenges to the standardization construction of law enforcement by public security organs.This paper starts from the problems existing in the handling of public security cases by public security organs,clarifies the important role of law enforcement standardization in investigating and handling public security cases,and puts forward the specific application of law enforcement standardization in the handling of public security cases.
