正念减压训练对“二孩”孕妇妊娠压力干预效果的混合研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过质性与量性结合的混合研究方法探讨正念减压训练对“二孩”孕妇妊娠压力的干预效果。方法选取2019年6—12月在中南大学湘雅三医院定期产检的64例“二孩”孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。两组均接受常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上进行每周1次、共8次的正念减压训练。干预前后采用妊娠压力量表(PPS)、正念觉知量表(MAAS)对研究对象进行测评。于干预结束后在观察组随机选取13名“二孩”孕妇进行质性访谈。结果量性研究结果显示,最终观察组有效样本29例,对照组有效样本32例;8周正念减压干预后,观察组正念觉知得分高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PPS得分为(0.610±0.380)分,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。质性研究得到“二孩”孕妇对于妊娠压力的纵向反馈,并提炼出正念减压训练干预效果的4个主题:缓解妊娠压力、学会感知当下、增强自我同情、改善家庭关系。结论正念减压训练可有效减轻“二孩”孕妇的妊娠压力。 Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness stress reduction training on pregnancy stress of“two-child”pregnant women through a mixed research.Methods Sixty-four“second-child”pregnant women who had undergone regular check-ups in a tertiary A hospital in Changsha from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number table,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received regular health education.On this basis,the intervention group received mindfulness decompression training once a week for a total of 8 times.The pregnancy stress scale(PPS)and mindfulness awareness scale(MAAS)were used before and after the intervention to evaluate the subjects,and the“second-child”pregnant women after the intervention were recruited for qualitative interviews.Results The results of the quantitative study showed that there were 29 effective samples in the final intervention group and 32 effective samples in the control group.After 8 weeks of mindfulness decompression intervention,the MAAS score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the PPS score of the intervention group was(0.610±0.380)points,which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Qualitative research has obtained longitudinal feedback on pregnancy stress from“second-child”pregnant women,and extracted four themes of the intervention effects of mindfulness stress reduction training:alleviating birth pressure,learning to perceive the present,enhancing self-compassion,and improving family relationships.Conclusion Mindfulness stress reduction training can effectively reduce the pregnancy pressure of“second-child”pregnant women.
