摘要
固定资产投资项目节能审查制度是我国节能监督管理的一项重要制度,对控制能耗不合理增长,完成能耗“双控”目标,乃至最终实现党中央提出的绿色发展“30·60”目标重大战略都有非常重要的意义。在概述节能审查制度含义的基础上,研究、分析节能审查制度实施的现状及存在的问题,并提出针对性建议,以期对节能审查制度的实施和落实有所增益。
Jinan Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment of Energy and Food Abstract: Energy saving examination system of fixed assets investment project is an important system of energy saving supervision and management in China. It is of great significance to control unreasonable growth of energy consumption, achieve goal of "double control" of energy consumption and finally realize the "30 60" goal of green development proposed by CPC. On the basis of summarizing the meaning of energy-saving examination system, this paper studies and analyzes current situation and existing problems of implementation of energy-saving examination system and puts forward corresponding suggestions so as to gain some benefits for implementation of energy-saving examination system.
