摘要
电机控制器IGBT模块具有结构紧凑、热流密度高的特点,这给IGBT散热器的散热性能提出了很高的要求。为了研究肋片结构形式、数目和厚度对IGBT散热器的散热性能影响,将某IGBT散热器三维模型导入ANSYS进行仿真,分析得到了不同肋片结构形式、数目和厚度这三种影响参数对散热器散热性能的作用规律。根据仿真数据与热分析,为以后的IGBT水冷散热器结构优化提供了参考。
IGBT module has the characteristics of compact structure and high heat flux density,which puts forward high requirements for the heat dissipation performance of IGBT radiator.In order to study the influence of fin structure,number and thickness on the heat dissipation performance of IGBT radiator,the 3D model of an IGBT radiator was imported into ANSYS for simulation,and the rules of different fin structure,number and thickness on the heat dissipation performance of IGBT radiator were obtained.According to the simulation data and thermal analysis,it provides a reference for the structure optimization of IGBT water cooling radiator.
