大型S Zorb装置细粉收集器排料问题分析与处理

摘要 某石化公司S Zorb(汽油吸附脱硫)装置在采用反应器过滤器ME-101外置的新工艺后,配套设计了ME-101反吹下来的细粉进入细粉收集器D-117,再由D-117底部的排料线进入反应器接收器D-105的新流程。装置运行后出现了D-117至D-105排料不畅的情况,通过对D-117内吸附剂细粉流化性能、不同负荷下工艺操作进行分析后认为,随着装置负荷的提高,反应器R-101带入D-117的细粉量随之增加,同时D-117至D-105的排料阻力也增大了20 kPa,是导致下料不畅的主要原因;其次D-117内的吸附剂细粉本身流化性能、流动性能差也加剧了此问题的出现。通过进行反应-再生系统吸附剂线路输送参数优化、适当降低反应器藏量、提高吸附剂上载硫及载碳量等调整后,在装置负荷最高96.5%的情况下未再出现下料不畅的问题。 A new technology in which the filter ME-101 was located outside the reactor had been applied in the S Zorb unit of a petro-chemical company, meanwhile new process had been designed, in which the adsorbent powder coming from ME-101 entered the collector D-117, and then entered the receiver D-105 through the pipe connecting the bottom of the collector D-117. The case of poor discharge appeared in the pipe between D-117 and the D-105 after the unit began to run. After the analysis on the fluidization performance of the adsorbent powder in the D-117 and the operation of the unit with different loads, it was concluded that there were two reasons which lead to the poor discharge. First, the quantity of the powder from the reactor R-101 to the collector D-117 increased with the load of the unit increasing, meanwhile the flow resistance in the pipe between the collector D-117 and the receiver D-105 increased too, which was the main reason. Second, the bad flow and fluidization performance of the adsorbent in the collector D-117 aggravated the problem. After optimizing the parameters of adsorbent transportation in the reaction and regeneration system, properly reducing the storage capacity of the reactor, and increasing the sulfur and carbon loading capacity of the adsorbent, the problem of poor discharging did not appear again under the maximum load of 96.5%.
