摘要
文章介绍了针对钢铁生产除尘系统开发设计了一键放灰系统,通过采用气动松灰技术、灰仓料位检测、吸引压送罐车真空吸引装料及计算机自动控制软件等一系列关键技术,解决了中间灰仓小难以自动放灰、灰斗下料不畅、需要人工间断砸仓、现场人工操作、不能自动放灰等一系列问题,实现了一键放灰功能。
This paper introduces the development and design of one key ash discharging system for iron and steel production dust removal system.By adopting a series of key technologies such as pneumatic loosening ash technology,ash bin material level detection,A series of problems,such as small middle ash bin,difficult automatic ash discharge,unsmooth feeding of ash hopper,need of manual intermittent bin smashing,manual operation on site,unable to automatically discharge ash,etc.,are solved,and the function of one key ash discharging is realized.
