摘要
目的探讨围手术期乳腺癌患者灵性健康现状及其影响因素,为制订围手术期灵性干预措施提供依据。方法运用一般资料调查表、中文版慢性病治疗功能评估-灵性量表-12(functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-spiritual well-being,FACIT-SP-12)和乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast,FACT-B),对2019年12月—2020年5月211例在本科手术的乳腺癌患者进行调查,采用逐步多重线性回归分析围手术期乳腺癌患者灵性健康的影响因素。结果围手术期乳腺癌患者灵性健康总分为(30.02±9.95)分,婚姻、学历、年龄、功能、情感及社会家庭是围手术期乳腺癌患者灵性健康的主要影响因素(P<0.01),共同解释其灵性健康70.00%的变异。结论围手术期乳腺癌患者灵性健康总分处于中等水平,建议医务人员加强对低学历、离异患者及年轻患者的灵性照护、心理关怀和健康教育,增加患者的社会支持力度,引导患者发现生命的意义和价值,提高灵性健康水平,促进围手术期患者生活质量的提高。
Objective To explore the spiritual health status and influencing factors of breast cancer patients during the perioperative period,and provide a basis for the development of perioperative spiritual intervention measures.Methods The general information questionnaire,functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-spiritual well-being,and functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast were used to investigate 211 breast cancer patients undergoing surgery in our department from December 2019 to May 2020,and stepwise multiple linear regression was used to analyze the perioperative breast factors affecting the spiritual health of cancer patients.Results The total spiritual health score of breast cancer patients during the perioperative period was(30.02±9.95).Marriage,education,age,function,emotion and social family were the main factors affecting the spiritual health of breast cancer patients during the perioperative period(P<0.01),toally explaining its 70.00%variance.Conclusions The total spiritual health score of breast cancer patients during the perioperative period is at a medium level.It is recommended that medical staff strengthen spiritual care,psychological care and health education for low-educated,divorced and young patients,increase the social support of patients,and guide patients to find life significance and value to improve spiritual health and improve the quality of life of patients during the perioperative period.
