摘要
在后疫情时代,如何找到常态化防控与复工复产的平衡点,对于门诊预约诊疗服务提出了新的要求。通过门诊MDT管理团队,从精细化的号源管理、精准化的智能导诊、多维度的预检分诊、契约化的习惯培养、统一化的检验检查预约、灵活化的“云门诊”预约和智能化的慢病随访系统等7大重点环节,系统性地构建了门诊综合预约诊疗体系。2017年-2020年,门诊患者平均预约诊疗率逐年上升,并具有显著性差异(χ^(2)=290539.58,P<0.001);2020年门诊患者预约后平均等待时间较2017年下降22.78%。未来,应进一步优化预约诊疗流程,延伸预约服务内容,探索诊疗模式创新,在保障信息安全的基础上不断增强人民群众的就医获得感。
With the coming of Post-COVID-19 era,how to find the balance point between normal prevention and control and resumption of work and production has put forward new requirements for outpatient appointment diagnosis and treatment service.Through the outpatient MDT management team,it had systematically constructed a comprehensive outpatient appointment diagnosis and treatment system consisting of seven key links of refined registration source management,precise intelligence leading examining,multi-dimensional preview triage,contracted habits cultivation,unified inspection booking,flexible online outpatient appointments and the intelligent chronic disease follow-up system.From 2017 to 2020,the average appointment rate of outpatients increased by year,with a significant difference(χ^(2)=290539.58,P<0.001),the average waiting time for outpatient appointments in 2020 had dropped by 22.78%compared with 2017.In the future,it should further optimize the process of appointment diagnosis and treatment,ensure information security,extend the content of appointment service,explore the innovation of diagnosis and treatment mode,and improve medical experience.
