摘要
预约诊疗服务工作是公立医院以病人为中心开展医疗服务的重要改革措施,对于方便群众就医、提高医疗服务水平具有重大意义。本文在回顾相关文献基础上,从患者和医院两个角度对我国预约诊疗服务现状进行梳理和总结,分析目前预约诊疗取得的成绩和发展中存在的问题。针对预约诊疗服务中出现的问题,提出以下建议:(1)充分整合社会资源,开展多渠道全方位的预约诊疗服务宣传。(2)结合医院实际情况和患者需求,保证充足的号源。(3)加强医院预约制度管理,提升医生出诊率,降低患者爽约率。(4)加强信息管理和建设,为预约诊疗平台做好保障工作。
Appointed diagnosis and treatment service is an important reform measure for public hospitals to carry out patient-centered medical services,which is of great significance for the convenience of the masses and the improvement of the level of medical services.On the basis of reviewing the literature,this paper sorted out and summarized the current situation of appointment diagnosis and treatment services in China from two aspects of patients and hospitals,and analyzed the achievements and problems in the development of appointment diagnosis and treatment.According to the problems in the appointment diagnosis and treatment service,the following suggestions were put forward:(1) Fully integrate social resources and carry out multi-channel and all-round publicity of appointment diagnosis and treatment service.(2)Combined with the actual situation of the hospital and the needs of patients,ensure sufficient number source.(3) Strengthen the management of hospital appointment system,improve the doctor’s visiting rate and reduce the patient’s reneging rate.(4)Strengthen information management and construction,and ensure the reservation diagnosis and treatment platform.
