摘要
以哈拉沟煤矿井下用水泵为参考,介绍了水泵工作过程,设计了一款基于MCGS人机界面的煤矿井下水泵监控系统,该系统以西门子S7-200 Smart PLC为控制核心。仿真结果表明,该系统运行正常,满足井下煤矿环境要求,提高了井下排水工作的稳定和可靠性。
Taking Halagou coal mine underground water pump as reference, introduced the pump working process and designed a model of the coal mine water pump monitoring system based on the MCGS man-machine interface. The system is controlled by Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC. The simulation results show that the system is running normally which meets the requirement of the underground coal mine environment and improves the stability and reliability of the underground drainage work.
