摘要
通过对目前井下排水系统的监测、控制方式的研究,着眼于未来煤矿自动化、智能化的发展趋势,提出了基于PLC控制系统为核心的井下排水系统自动化监控系统,并对该自动化监控系统的技术要求、核心功能进行了分析,对整个监控系统的总体结构设计及各核心单元的结构设计、总体要求进行了详细的阐述,该监控系统能够大幅提高煤矿井下排水系统工作的可靠性和稳定性。
Through the research on the monitoring and control mode of the underground drainage system, and focusing on the future coal mine automation and intelligent development trend, the underground drainage system automation monitoring system based on the PLC control system is put forward, and the technical requirements and the core functions of the automatic monitoring system are analyzed, and the technical requirements of the system are analyzed.On the basis of the overall structure design of the whole monitoring system and the structure design of the core units,the overall requirements are described in detail. The monitoring system can greatly improve the reliability and stability of the coal mine drainage system.
