摘要
井下排水系统是煤矿生产的六大系统之一,其运行状态的好坏及可靠性直接关系到煤矿的安全生产。以泰安煤业井下中央水泵房为研究对象,从自动化水平、安全运行、节能增效方面进行了研究。通过采用传感器技术、PLC控制技术、网络通信技术、工业组态软件技术等,完成了井下中央水泵房设备参数的实时采集、控制、传输、显示等自动功能,实现了井下主排水系统的就地和远程监控,增强了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
As one of the six major systems in coal production, mine drainage system's work-state and reliability makes a great impact on safety production of coal mine. This paper takes a underground central water pumping station in Tai'an Mine as the background and makes a research from the perspective of the level of automation, safe operation and energy saving. Through using the technology of sensors, PLC control, network communication and industrial king-view and so on, this system realizes automatic functions of immediate data collection, control, transmission, display in a underground central water pumping station, and achieves local and long distance supervisory control and increases the system stability and reliability.
