摘要
目的建立院级小讲课、教学查房、病例讨论质量控制体系,以指导住院医师规范化培训质量控制体系的建设。方法通过立标准、升系统、改流程、育师资、建督导、修制度等一系列措施,建立小讲课、教学查房、病例讨论质量控制体系。结果建立质量控制体系后,小讲课、教学查房、病例讨论质量及合格率、参加教学活动老师人数、带教老师授课能力、住院医师结业综合考首次考试通过率等均显著提高。结论东方医院的小讲课、教学查房、病例讨论质量控制体系能够有效提升教学质量,可以为住院医师规范化培训质量控制体系的建设提供参考依据。
Objective To establish a quality control system for small lectures,teaching rounds,and case discussions at hospital level,furthermore to guide the construction of a quality control system for residency standard⁃ized training.Methods Establish a quality control system for small lectures,teaching rounds,and case discus⁃sions through a series of measures such as setting the standards,upgrading the information systems,reforming the processes,educating the teachers,building the supervision system,and revising the rules and regulations.Results After the establishment of the quality control system,considerably progress has been produced in these terms,such as the quality and qualified rate of small lectures,teaching rounds,and case discussions,the number of teachers participating in teaching activities,the teaching ability of the teachers and the first passing rate of the comprehen⁃sive examination for residents.Conclusion The quality control system of small lectures,teaching rounds,and case discussions in our hospital can effectively improve the quality of teaching,which can provide a reference for the construction of a quality control system for residency standardized training.
