案例导入式教学联合Mini-CEX在普通外科临床实习带教中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的评价案例导入式教学联合迷你临床评估练习(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在普通外科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月南华大学附属长沙中心医院普通外科实习医生60名,开展分段随机化法分为对照组和研究组,各30名,对照组采用传统带教,研究组采用案例导入式教学联合Mini-CEX,对比研究组干预前后Mini-CEX评分及两组教学成绩、教学满意度、综合能力成绩。结果干预后,研究组整体临床胜任能力、组织效能、沟通技巧、临床判断、专业素质、体格检查、医疗面谈技能等Mini-CEX评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实践操作成绩、理论考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组人文修养、动手能力、交际能力、分析能力、解决能力等评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通外科临床实习带教中应用导入式教学联合Mini-CEX方案,能促使教学成绩提高,增加实习医生的满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of case introduction teaching combined with Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the teaching of general surgery clinical internship.Methods 60 general surgical interns from Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to South China University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by segmented randomized method,with 30 in each.The control group used traditional teaching,and the study group used case-based teaching combined with Mini-CEX.Compared the Mini-CEX score of the study group before and after the intervention,and the teaching performance,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the overall clinical competence,organizational efficiency,communication skills,clinical judgment,professional quality,physical examination,medical interview skills and other Mini-CEX scores of the study group were higher than those before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of practical operation and theoretical examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of teaching satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of humanistic accomplishment,hands-on ability,communicative ability,analytical ability and solving ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of introductory teaching combined with the Mini-CEX program in general surgery clinical internship teaching can improve the teaching performance and increase the satisfaction of intern doctors,which is significant.
