摘要
目的调查石家庄市基层医务人员心理健康知识知晓度现况,为进一步提高基层医务人员的心理健康知识提供依据。方法采用卫生部办公厅下发的精神卫生知识问卷进行调查。结果石家庄基层医务人员心理健康知识知晓度为79.06%,其中城市80.66%,农村78.50%,按照一般人口学分析发现除婚姻情况间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其他无统计学意义;20个条目中2、4、6、7、19、20条正确率低于80.00%,且农村均低于城市,城乡对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石家庄基层医务人员的心理健康知晓度总体偏低,尤其部分知识点比较薄弱,今后应加强培训,城市未婚、离婚、丧偶人员的心理状况需重点关注。
Objective To investigate the awareness of mental health knowledge among grass-roots medical staff in Shijiazhuang City,so as to provide basis for further improving the mental health knowledge of grass-roots medical staff.Methods The mental health knowledge questionnaire issued by the general office of the Ministry of health was used.Results The awareness rate of mental health knowledge was 79.06%among primary medical staff in Shijiazhuang,80.66%in urban areas and 78.50%in rural areas.According to the general demographic analysis,there was no statistical significance except for the difference in marital status(P<0.05);The accuracy rate of 2,4,6,7,19,20 items in 20 items was lower than 80.00%,and the rural areas were lower than the urban areas,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of mental health of grass-roots medical staff in Shijiazhuang is generally low,especially some knowledge points are relatively weak.In the future,training should be strengthened,and the mental status of unmarried,divorced and widowed urban medical staff should be focused on.
