杆系结构优化设计模型的快速评估方法

摘要 为提高空间钢结构初步设计过程中方案筛选的效率、节省杆件截面迭代过程的计算量,提出了一种针对空间杆系结构模型的快速评估方法,基于单一截面杆件结构模型,依据一次有限元结构分析结果估算结构用钢量,实现模型整体受力性能评估,并且以平板网架为例对该方法进行了测试。结果表明该估算方法得到的结构用钢量与截面迭代优化后实际用钢量吻合较好,可省去多次调整杆件截面重复进行结构内力分析的过程,并提前淘汰用钢量过高的结构设计方案,最终实现结构优化效率的提高。 In order to improve the efficiency of scheme selection in the preliminary design process of spatial steel structure and save the calculation amount in the iterative process of member section,a fast evaluation method for spatial member structure model was proposed in this study.Based on the single section member structure model,the structural steel consumption was estimated according to the results of the first time of finite element structural analysis,and the overall mechanical performance of the model was evaluated.This method was tested by taking flat grid as example.The results showed that the steel consumption of the structure obtained by the estimation method was in good agreement with the actual steel consumption after the iterative optimization of the section,which can save the process of adjusting the member section for many times to carry out the internal force analysis of the structure,and eliminate the structural design scheme with excessive steel consumption in advance,so as to improve the efficiency of structural optimization.
