摘要
当前针对模型重用的研究集中于检索阶段,而对检索后的适应性修改关注不足,导致模型无法有效重用。针对这一状况,以轴类模型为例,研究基于3D图形单元的模型适应性结构变型。首先,分析构成模型的基本图形单元和非基本图形单元;然后,针对轴段基本图形单元的添加所引起的单元间干涉问题,通过重建受影响单元加以解决;最后,完成对键槽等非基本图形单元的添加。基于VC++2019对Creo进行二次开发,构建了轴类零件实体模型重用原型系统,可以有效提升轴类零件的建模和设计速度。
Current research on model reuse is focused on the retrieval stage,and insufficient attention is paid to adaptive modification after retrieval,which makes the model unable to be effectively reused.In response to this situation,taking the shaft model as an example,the adaptive structural variants of the model based on 3D graphics units are studied.First,analyze the basic graphic units and non-basic graphic units that make up the model.Then,the inter-unit interference problem caused by the addition of the basic graphic unit of the shaft segment is solved by reconstructing the affected unit.Finally,complete the addition of non-basic graphic units such as keyways.Based on VC++2019,Creo is re-developed in this paper,and the solid model reuse prototype system of shaft parts is constructed,which can effectively improve the modeling and design speed of shaft parts.
