MiR-21与病毒感染

摘要 病毒感染严重威胁着人们的生命与健康,然而,应对它们的方式相对局限。近年来研究发现,病毒的感染会引起机体内一些微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)的变化,它们主要参与基因的转录后调控,在机体抵抗病毒感染的过程中发挥了不可忽视的作用,但miRNAs的具体调控机制目前尚不十分清楚。本文选取一种具有代表性的miRNAs-miRNA-21(miR-21),对其在不同病毒感染后的表达情况、作用及机制进行综述,以期对病毒感染的诊断及治疗提供新的思路。 Virus infections seriously threaten our lives and health,and the ways to deal with the infections are limited.Recently,it has been found that virus infections can cause microRNAs(miRNAs)changes by crucially involved in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression which play a non-negligible role in the body′s fight against viral infections.However,the regulatory mechanism of miRNAs is not yet fully understood.In this review,we summarize the expression,function and mechanism of one of the representative miRNAs,microRNA-21(miR-21)after different viral infections.
