摘要
难治性胃食管反流病是消化系统的常见病、难治病。张闽光教授长期从事脾胃病的临床诊治及研究,在脾胃病的诊断和治疗上有着丰富的经验和独到的见解。张教授主张治疗该病应从病因病机入手,认为该病病因病机主要是由于瘀、热所导致,临床上常兼脾胃虚弱、肝胃郁热、瘀血阻络等次要因素,治疗上主张辛开苦降、活血泻热、制酸护胃,五脏兼治,在临床上取得良好疗效。本文将张教授治疗难治性胃食管反流病的经验进行总结,以飨同道。
Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common disease of the digestive system and is difficult to cure.Professor Zhang Minguang has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases for a long time,and has rich experience and unique insights in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach disease.Professor Zhang advocates treating the disease from its etiology and pathogenesis.He believes that the disease is mainly caused by stasis and heat and it is often combined with deficiency of spleen and stomach,stagnated heat of liver and stomach,blood stasis and collaterals obstruction,and uses the treating methods of acrid opening and bitter downbearing,promoting blood circulation and purging heat,inhibiting gastric acid and protecting the gastric mucosa,regulating the five Zang-organs,which have obtained good clinical effects.This article introduces the experience of professor Zhang Yuguang in treating refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.
