摘要
目前,部分高职教师出现职业倦怠问题,主要表现在情感、认知和行为等方面,一定程度上成为影响高职院校育人质量的“瓶颈”和“短板”。消除高职教师职业倦怠需要营造良好的发展环境,强化党建引领和师德师风建设,拓宽教师职业发展通道,完善激励保障机制,加强教师的心理调适和人文关怀。
At present,some higher vocational college teachers have job burnout,which is mainly manifested in the aspects of emotion,cognition and behavior,etc.To some extent,job burnout has been the"bottleneck"and"shortcoming"which might affect the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore there is need to create a good development environment,strengthen the guidance of the Party and the construction of teachers'ethics,broaden the path of teachers'career development,perfect the incentive guarantee mechanism and strengthen teachers'psychological adjustment and humanistic care so as to eliminate job burnout.
