摘要
河湖划定和管理是深化落实中央河长湖长制的基础性工作,测绘地理信息技术可为河湖划定和管理提供坚实的技术支持和可靠的数据保障。通过实际案例的测绘地理信息技术应用研究分析,系统总结了传统测绘、无人机航空摄影、机载激光雷达和地理信息系统等测绘地理信息技术在河湖划定和管理中的优势与创新,指出全面综合应用测绘地理信息技术对河湖划定和管理具有信息化、智能化的实践意义,并对河湖划定和管理测绘工作提出了一些建议。
The delimitation and management of rivers and lakes are the basic work of deepening the implementation of the central system of rivers and lakes leader.The surveying and mapping geographic information technology provides a solid technical support and reliable data basis for the delimitation and management of rivers and lakes.Based on the analysis of typical cases,this paper summarized the advantages,and innovations of traditional surveying and mapping,UAV aerial photography,airborne LiDAR and GIS in the delimitation and management of rivers and lakes,and put forward some suggestions for the delimitation and management of rivers and lakes.
