生物炭强化石油烃生物降解的影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 文章采用不同温度下(300℃和500℃)制备的木屑和麦秆生物炭修复石油污染土壤,运用正交试验分析了生物炭热解温度、原料、土壤含水量和土壤易分解有机质(葡萄糖)对土壤石油烃(烷烃和多环芳烃)生物降解的影响,结合土壤微生物群落结构变化,初步探讨了最显著影响因素——土壤含水量对生物炭强化石油烃降解的作用机理。通过正交试验直观分析和方差分析,获得了石油烃各组分的最佳降解条件。土壤含水量(50%~100%)对烷烃(nC8~C40)和多环芳烃降解率影响最为显著,二者均随土壤含水量升高而发生下降。此外,聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳结果发现,增加土壤含水量导致石油烃降解菌丰度下降。原因在于,土壤含水量将会影响微生物的生长代谢及其与污染物接触的机会,进而影响石油烃的生物降解。因此,调节土壤水分含量对生物炭修复石油污染土壤具有重要意义。 This research was conducted with wheat straw and sawdust biochars produced at 300 and 500°C with the objec⁃tive of obtaining an efficient technique to remediate the petroleum-contaminated soils.The water content of soil and the labile organic matter(glucose)that may affect the process of petroleum biodegradation were tested as well through applying orthogonal experiment.According to the intuitive analysis of orthogonal experiment in accompany with the analysis of variance,the optimal conditions for the petroleum compounds biodegradation were obtained.The water content of soil was most significant in affecting the biodegradation of alkanes(nC8~C40)and PAHs,and the degradation efficiencies decreased with the increased water content.Moreover,PCR-DGGE results showed that increasing the water content of soil induced a decrease in the abundance of the petroleum degraders in biochar-amended soils.The possibility could be that the growth and metabolism of microbes,as well as the opportunities of pollutants exposed to microbes,would be affected by the water content of soil(50%~100%).Thus,how to appropriately regulate the water content of soil is necessary for the biodegrada⁃tion of petroleum hydrocarbons.
