摘要
高密度宽方位地震勘探技术是解决复杂构造区成像和复杂储层预测的有效手段.但该技术使得采集成本急剧升高.提高作业效率和降低生产成本成为地震勘探行业的发展趋势.因此,东方地球物理公司(BGP)创新了一种可控震源超高效混叠采集技术,并在业界首次进行工业化应用.该技术综合了动态滑动扫描技术与独立同步扫描技术(ISS)的优点,通过优选合适的激发时间-距离规则,使得震源间距和滑动时间大幅减小,作业效率显著提高,是地震采集技术发展过程中又一突破.该技术成功应用的关键在于地震采集作业管理、连续记录数据实时质控和海量数据现场处理.为此,BGP自主研发的数字化地震队(DSS)系统、连续记录数据实时质控(KL-RTQC)软件和海量数据现场处理(GEOEAST)软件,解决了生产中的难题并实现了野外高效作业生产.中东某项目采用该技术生产以来,平均日效达到3万炮以上,最高日效达54947炮,技术水平和作业能力达到国际领先水平.
The high density seismic exploration is an effective way to improve structural imaging and reservoir prediction in complex regions. However, it will bring production cost increase dramatically. Therefore, improving operational efficiency and reducing production cost become the dominant factors for oil companies, especially under the low oil price situation. Based on that, BGP developed the Ultra-High Productivity(UHP) acquisition technology, which combines the advantages of the dynamic slip sweep method and independent simultaneous sweep method. The UHP method allows the vibrators shooting simultaneously under less time-distance rule. Thus the efficiency will be enhanced. Moreover, BGP applied the UHP technology into field for the first time in the industry, which boosts the development of the seismic acquisition technology. The key factors to succeed in applying UHP depend on field production management, continuous record real-time quality control and massive data field processing. To solve these challenges, BGP has developed Digital-Seis System(DSS), KL-RTQC software and massive data filed processing software(GEOEAST). At present, the UHP technology had been applied in Middle East and the daily production had reached to more than 30000 VPs, the maximum daily production is up to 54947 VPs, which reached an advanced world level in seismic exploration.
