摘要
目的探讨低温等离子刀射频消融术联合经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取河南省安阳市林州协和医院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者52例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各26例。对照组应用经皮椎间孔镜治疗,研究组应用低温等离子刀射频消融术联合经皮椎间孔镜治疗,对比两组治疗前后的视觉疼痛模拟表(VAS)及Oswestey功能障碍(ODI)评分情况和临床疗效。结果治疗1周后,研究组VAS和ODI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子刀射频消融术联合经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效显著,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation with low temperature plasma knife combined with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method 52 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Linzhou Union Hospital of Anyang City,Henan Province from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous foraminal endoscopic treatment,and the study group was treated with low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation combined with percutaneous foraminal endoscopic treatment.The visual pain analog scale(VAS)and Oswestey dysfunction(ODI)scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 week of treatment,VAS and ODI scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation with low temperature plasma knife combined with PTED in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
