摘要
新疆油田六九区石炭系老区致密火山岩油藏水平井体积压裂面临两大难题:一是储层物性极差,压力系数低,常规分段压裂方式提产有限;二是储层非均质性强,精准改造优势储层难度大,水平井压裂高投入、低产出矛盾突出。针对致密火山岩油藏水平井开发中存在的问题,开展了段内多簇结合清水体积压裂技术的研究与应用。利用段内多簇压裂技术,提高优势储层改造程度,达到了缝控储量的目的,提产效果明显。采用100%清水代替冻胶/滑溜水携砂,形成清水压裂支撑剂筛目优选、安全携砂参数设计、少孔短射的射孔方式与连续携砂模式等安全加砂关键技术,解决了清水压裂液携砂效率低、人工裂缝宽度狭窄易导致砂堵、裂缝内支撑缝长短等难题,并在现场试验中得到了有效验证,大幅降低了成本且无残渣,改善了体积压裂效果。水平井段内多簇清水体积压裂技术为致密火山岩油藏效益开发提供了新的模式。
Volume fracturing of horizontal wells in tight volcanic reservoir of Carboniferous old area in Liujiu block of Xinjiang Oilfield faces two major problems. First, the physical properties of the reservoir are extremely poor, the pressure coefficient is low,and the conventional multistage fracturing method is limited to increase production. Second, the reservoir heterogeneity is strong, it is difficult to accurately stimulate the superior reservoir, and the horizontal well fracturing has high investment and low production.Aiming at the problems existing in the development of horizontal wells in tight volcanic reservoir, the research and application of multi-cluster combined with clean water volume fracturing technology in the section are carried out. The multi-cluster fracturing technology in the section is used to improve the stimulation degree of the dominant reservoir, so as to achieve the fracture-controlled reserves, and the production is increased obviously. By using 100% clean water instead of gelled/slick water to carry sand, the key technologies of safe sand adding are formed, such as particle size optimization of proppant and design of safe sand carrying parameters, perforation mode with few holes and short shot, and continuous sand carrying mode. The problems such as low sand carrying efficiency of clean water, sand plugging caused by narrow artificial fracture width and the short length of support fracture are solved, and the results have been verified effectively in field tests. It can reduce the cost and has no residue, and improve the effects of volume fracturing. The multi-cluster clean water volume fracturing technology in horizontal well section provides a new model for the efficient development of tight volcanic reservoir.
