摘要
固体充填采煤所用的矸石与粉煤灰充填散料,是通过大孔径垂直管道输送系统从地面输送到井下,本文以大孔径管道垂直投料井中充填散料为研究对象,运用气固两相流对充填料进行综合受力分析,初步得出了充填料在投料井中的运动规律及相关理论计算,分析了其流动形态并建立了数学模型,推算了其最大流速,对充填散料垂直投料系统设计具有一定的理论指导意义。
Waste rock, used in coal mining of solid filling and filling bulk materia of fly ash, are transported down the well from ground through transporting system of large aperture vertical line. This paper takes filling bulk materia thrown vertically in wells of large aperture line as the objects of study, analyzes forces of filling materia comprehensively with gas - solid two - phase flow, obtains primarily the motion law and the relevant theory calculation of filling materia in wells used for materia throwing, analyzes its flow shape and builds its math model, deduces its max flow velocity. This paper plays a certain theoretical guiding role in the design of vertical filling bulk materia throwing system.
