摘要 以钳工的视角为切入点,在详细说明钻孔精度影响因素的基础上,结合现阶段较为常见的钻孔设备,介绍可显著提升钻孔精度的相关技术。影响钻孔加工精度的因素较多,钻孔加工前要准确定位加工位置。钻孔加工时,还应根据实际需要选择合适的加工设备、加工方法等,提高加工精度,以期助力日后此类工作的高效开展。 Based on the fitter’s point of view and the factors affecting the drilling accuracy,and combining with the common drilling equipment at the present stage,this paper introduces some relevant technologies which can significantly improve the drilling accuracy.There are many factors that affect the drilling accuracy,and the machining position should be accurately located before drilling.In order to improve the accuracy of drilling,it is necessary to select the appropriate equipment and method according to the actual needs.
