摘要
天然气过江管道位于富春江富阳段,属钱塘江河口河流段,在极端洪水作用下,河床冲刷剧烈,管道断面的最大冲刷深度是管道设计的关键技术指标之一。对工程河段河势进行了简要分析,并建立了平面二维数学模型对工程断面进行了水动力计算。在充分考虑地质条件复杂性的基础上,利用王兆印公式对断面冲刷深度初步估算。通过对模型比尺和模型沙等的合理选取,利用水槽模型试验得到了各钻孔位置的最大冲刷深度;采用历年下包络线减去对应点冲刷深度,得到了工程断面在100 a一遇设计水文条件下的设计最低冲刷高程。
The Fuchun River-crossing position of the natural gas pipeline belongs to a stretch of the Qiantang River estuary.In the case of extreme flooding,the riverbed is seriously scoured.The determination of maximum scour depth in the pipeline section is one of the key problems during pipeline design.In this paper,firstly,the river regime near the project was analyzed,and the two-dimensional mathematical model was established and validated.On this basis,the hydrodynamic calculation for the section was carried out.Secondly,considering the complexity of geological conditions,the WANG Zhaoyin formula was used to estimate the scour depth of the section.Finally,the model scale and model sand were reasonably selected,and a water-tank experiment was performed to obtain the maximum scour depth at each drilling hole position.The lowest scour elevation design values of the section under the designed hydrological conditions of once in 100 years were calculated by subtracting the scour depth of corresponding points from that of the lower envelope over the years.
