摘要
通过对纳林河二号煤矿原煤仓损毁的机理分析,确定导致煤仓损毁的主要因素有二:一在高势能较大矸石的冲击下,防护衬板损坏,致使原煤仓混凝土开裂;二是含水原煤腐蚀混凝土,降低了原煤仓壁强度。选用预应力金属微晶陶瓷做原煤仓衬板,有效地解决了因矸石撞击、腐蚀、磨损和围岩剪胀扩容而导致原煤仓损毁的问题。复合衬板安装工艺达到整体性和密实性要求,有效防止了因仓壁混凝土开裂,围岩中的水通过裂缝渗入而引起的原煤仓腐蚀问题发生。
With the mechanism analysis on the damage of the raw coal bunker in Nalinhe No.2 Mine,there were two main factors confirmed to cause the damage of the coal bunker.Firstly,under the impact of the high potential and large refuses,the damage of the prevention lining plate could cause the cracking of the concrete in the raw coal bunker.Secondly,the concrete corroded by the high moisture raw coal would reduce the strength of the raw coal bunker wall.The pre-stress metal and microcrystalline ceramic selected for the lining plate could effectively solve the damage problem of the raw coal bunker caused by the refuse impact,corrosion,abrasion as well as the shear dilation and expansion of the surrounding rock.The installation technology of the composite lining plate had reached the requirements of the integrity and compactness and could effectively prevent the corrosion problem of the coal bunker occurred due the concrete cracking of the coal bunker and the water in the surrounding rock into the coal bunker through the cracks.
