摘要
本文分析润源公司碳钢渣全流程选线生产过程中存在的问题,提出通过改变筛板类型、增加格筛篦板分拣、改进刮板清扫器等措施,提高设备可靠性和生产效率,实现降本增效的目标。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the full process of carbon steel slag selection and production in Runyuan Company,and puts forward measures such as changing the type of sieve plate,increasing the sorting of sieve plate and improving the scraper cleaner to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency,and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
