摘要
对目前上海市场散装酒的经营种类、分布、经营状况进行归纳,对散装酒的不同酒种在不同的环境、贮存方式、贮存时间上进行一些探索,力图为监管者提供依据和佐证,同时也为消费者的食品安全提供建议,进而规范市场上散装酒的管理。建议在散装酒的贮存方式及开封后至售罄进行一个规范的管理。
This paper discusses the types of bulk liquor in Shanghai market、distribution、Business status To sum up,For different types of bulk liquor in different environments、Storage mode、The storage time is explored,Try to provide basis and evidence for regulators,At the same time,it also provides suggestions for food safety of consumers,And then standardize the management of bulk liquor in the market.It is suggested that a standard management should be carried out in the storage mode of bulk liquor and from unsealing to sold out.
