摘要
近年来,湖南省常德市鼎城区农民专业合作社快速发展,合作社经营种类较广,品牌意识渐强,发展成效明显,但也存在一些发展困境,如合作社发展资金不足、人才缺乏、业务能力较弱、管理水平不高、规模效益有限,发展环境欠优等。2018年《农民专业合作社法》重新修订,对农民专业合作社提出了高质量发展的新要求。为更好地提升农民专业合作社发展水平,还需要进一步完善合作社发展的规章制度,拓宽合作社融资渠道,加强合作社联合社建设,加大合作社互联网平台交易,多途径促进合作社发展提质增效。
Dingcheng District of Changde City of Hunan Province attaches great importance to the development of farmers'professional cooperatives.Cooperatives have a wide range of operations,strong brand awareness,and obvious development results.However,there are also some development difficulties,mainly including insufficient funds for development of cooperatives,lack of talents,weak business capabilities,low management level,limited scale efficiency,and poor development environment.In 2018,the"Farmer Professional Cooperatives Law"was revised and put forward new requirements for high-quality development of farmers'professional cooperatives.In order to better improve the development level of farmers'professional cooperatives,it is necessary to further improve the rules and regulations of cooperative development,broaden cooperative financing channels,strengthen the construction of the cooperatives unions,increase cooperative Internet platform transactions,and promote cooperative development through multiple channels to improve quality and efficiency.
