摘要
运用动态元网络理论分析工程领域犯罪关系网络、元网络的结构特征,以人员和组织2个视角探索工程领域犯罪关系网络打击策略。人员视角结合网络弹性理论模拟多种方案的网络打击演化过程。组织视角运用影响范围指标量化分析和定位组织重要节点,确定打击对象。研究结果表明:犯罪关系网络打击不是一个时间点而是一个持续过程;随机恢复机制中的网络抗毁性最差;承包商组织节点对网络的影响最大,网络中组织高层权利人具有强隐蔽性且在网络中重要性强;逻辑关系强的行为人、社会小团体中行为人的隐蔽性较弱,它们的破坏反而会使整体网络效率提高。研究结论为职务犯罪行为防控提供了新的视角和思路。
The dynamic meta-network theory is used to analyze the structural characteristics of the criminal relationship network and the meta-network in the engineering field,and to explore the cracking strategy of the criminal relationship network in the engineering field from the perspective of personnel and organization.The personnel perspective combined with the cyber resilience theory to simulate the evolution process of cyber attacks in various scenarios,and the organization perspective used the scope of influence indicators to quantitatively analyze and locate the important nodes of the organization and determine the targets of the attack.The results of the research show that the crime network crackdown is not a time point but a continuous process.The random recovery mechanism has the worst network survivability.The contractor organization node has the greatest impact on the network,and the high-level right holders on the organization of the network are highly concealed and important in the network.Actors with strong logical relationships and actors in small social groups have weaker concealment,and their destruction will increase the overall network efficiency.The research conclusions provide new perspectives and ideas for the prevention and control of official crimes.
