摘要 为了辅助医师设计脊柱侧弯矫形器,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的脊柱侧弯矫形器设计模型.该模型实现了预测脊柱侧弯矫形器设计参数和自适应调整隶属度函数的功能.以脊柱侧弯矫形器修型调整量为例,建立了脊柱侧弯矫形器修型调整量预测模型并进行了试验研究。试验结果显示该预测模型的建模精度为91.9%、预测值和实际值的相关系数为0.841,从而验证了基于模糊神经网络的脊柱侧弯矫形器设计模型的可行性.最后,通过一例AIS患者的诊疗实例进一步表明了该设计模型的临床可行性. In order to assist physicians to design scoliosis orthosis,a design model of scoliosis orthosis based on fuzzy neutral networks is proposed.The design model can predict the design parameters of scoliosis orthosis and adaptively adjust membership function.As an example,a predict model of scoliosis orthosis re-modification value is built,and an experiment study is carried out.The result shows that the modeling accuracy of the predict model is 91.9%,and the correlation coefficient of predict value and operation value is 0.841,which verified the feasibility of the design model of scoliosis orthosis based on fuzzy neutral networks.Finally,a case study of an AIS patient is carried out to further show the clinical feasibility of the design model.
