摘要
知识型人才对各地科技创新和经济发展产生非常重要的影响。本文基于专利数据、全国工商数据以及董监高履历数据等数据资源,利用复杂网络算法和大数据分析方法,构建5G产业知识型人才流动数据库,并对中国5G产业知识型人才流动数据进行分析。研究结果表明,在5G产业知识型人才流动活跃城市排名中,京深沪位居前三。在城市之间,北京市与深圳市之间的5G知识型人才流动最为频繁。人才流入带动地区创新技术发展和产业结构调整;人才流失易引发知识产权诉讼风险,阻碍企业高质量发展进程。
Knowledge talents have a very important impact on the technology innovation and economic development.Based on patent data,national industrial and commercial data and curriculum vitae data of directors,supervisors and senior executives,this paper uses complex network algorithm and big data analysis method to build 5G industry talent flow database,and analyzes talent flow data of China's 5G industry.The results show that Beijing,Shenzhen and Shanghai are among the top three cities with active flow of knowledge-based talents in 5G industry.Among cities,the flow of 5G knowledge-based talents is the most frequent between Beijing and Shenzhen.The inflow of talents drives the development of regional innovative technology and the adjustment of industrial structure;the outflow of talent can easily lead to the risk of intellectual property litigation and hinder the process of high-quality development of enterprises.
