摘要
专业技术人才在雄安新区的建设与发展中起着至关重要的作用,人才精准供需与结构均衡发展是专业技术人才队伍建设的两个重要方面。本文基于大数据研究雄安新区专业技术人员队伍建设,一方面通过研究雄安新区专业技术人才流入的意向、吸引专业技术人才的区域分布、专业技术人才流动的全貌,建立了精准供需预测模型,另一方面,在互联网文本大数据分析和挖掘的基础上,从雄安新区专业技术人才的学历结构、地理结构、年龄结构等方面进行研究,探索人才结构均衡发展策略。最后,给出了大数据下人才精准供需预测和结构发展的整体框架。
Professional and technical talents play a vital role in the construction and development of Xiong'an New Area.The precise supply and demand of talents and the balanced development of structure are two im-portant aspects of the construction of professional and technical talents.This article is based on big data re-search on the construction of professional and technical personnel in Xiong’an New Area.On one hand,by studying the influx of professional and technical personnel in Xiong'an New Area,the regional distribution of attracting professional and technical personnel,and the overall picture of the flow of professional and technical personnel,a precise supply and demand prediction model is established.On the other hand,on the basis of Internet text big data analysis and mining,research is carried out from the academic structure,geographic structure and age structure of professional and technical talents in Xiong'an New District to explore strategies for balanced development of the talent structure.Finally,the overall framework of precise supply and demand forecasting and structural development of talents via big data is given.
