摘要
目的探究综合心理护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者心理状况及生活质量的改善效果。方法利用随机数表法将100例鼻咽癌放疗患者分成对照组(50例,常规护理)与观察组(常规护理+综合心理护理),对两组患者心理状况、生活质量改善效果以及护理满意度进行观察比较。结果观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分(35.56±4.47)分、(34.68±5.98)分低于护理前(54.26±6.85)分、(52.89±6.73)分,低于对照组(41.25±7.24)分、(40.39±5.77)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分(QLQ-C30)与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.00%高于对照组80.00%,且P<0.05。结论为鼻咽癌放疗患者行综合心理护理,利于患者心理健康状况与生活质量改善,促进患者健康恢复,让患者对临床护理更满意。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on psychological status and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+comprehensive psychological nursing).The psychological status,improvement effect of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group after nursing(35.56±4.47),(34.68±5.98)were lower than those before nursing(54.26±6.85),(52.89±6.73),lower than those in the control group(41.25±7.24),(40.39±5.77),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of quality of life(QLQ-C30)in the observation group after nursing was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05)The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy can improve their mental health and quality of life,promote their health recovery and make them more satisfied with clinical nursing.
