摘要
目的分析新疆伊宁市18岁及以上常住居民超重和肥胖的流行特征,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法选取伊宁市所辖19个乡(镇、街道)常住居民为调查对象,分析不同年龄、民族、职业等因素影响下居民的超重和肥胖状况。结果2019年伊宁市18岁及以上居民中,超重和肥胖分别占35.2%和25.3%,60.5%的人体重超过正常值。维吾尔族居民超重率(39.4%)和肥胖率(30.3%)较高,未婚人群超重率(21.6%)和肥胖率(15.8%)较低,随年龄增长超重率和肥胖率逐渐增加,但随文化程度升高超重率(趋势χ^(2)=20.016)和肥胖率(趋势χ^(2)=40.732)呈下降趋势(P<0.001);未就业及离退休人群超重率(趋势χ^(2)=24.674)和肥胖率(趋势χ^(2)=57.506)明显高于其他人群(P<0.001)。结论伊宁市18岁及以上居民中,超重和肥胖明显高于全国平均水平,不同民族和职业之间有差别;应针对不同人群开展相应的改善饮食、维持健康体重的干预活动,在社区居民中推广体重自我管理、维持能量平衡,减少因超重和肥胖引起的各类慢性病的发生。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity among permanent residents aged 18 years and older in Yining city,so as to provide the basis for formulating relevant intervention measures.Methods The permanent residents from 19 towns/streets under the jurisdiction of Yining city were selected as the survey object.The prevalence characteristics of their overweight and obesity were analyzed under the influence of different ages,nationalities,occupations and other factors.Results In 2019,the residents aged 18 and older in Yining were 35.2%of overweight and 25.3%of obesity.There were 60.5%residents with body weight over standard.The rate of overweight(39.4%)and obesity(30.3%)was high in the Uygur residents.And the rate of overweight(21.6%)and obesity(15.8%)was low in the unmarried.The rate of overweight(trendχ^(2)=20.016)and obesity(trendχ^(2)=40.732)increased with age growth,and decreased with the increase of educational background(P<0.001).The rates of overweight(χ^(2)=24.674)and obesity(χ^(2)=57.506)were obviously higher in the unemployed and retired groups than in other groups(P<0.001).Conclusions Overweight and obesity are significantly higher in the residents aged 18 and older in Yining than the national average,with differences between the nationalities and occupations.Interventions should be carried out to improve diet and maintain healthy weight aiming at different populations.Weight self-management and maintainance of energy balance should be spread in the community to reduce the occurrence of all kinds of chronic diseases caused by overweight and obesity.
