摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市某中学12-15岁中学生超重肥胖状况及其与生活方式之间的相关关系,为中学生的健康教育干预提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,2019年10月—2020年2月,在新疆乌鲁木齐市随机抽取1所学校,再按7年级、8年级和9年级分层,每层进行单纯随机抽样,抽取350名中学生作为调查对象进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果回收有效问卷336份,男生178人,女生158人,男女生超重肥胖学生分别为40和16人。食用含油或脂肪多的食物、饮用含糖饮料及挑食习惯是中学生超重肥胖的相关因素(均P<0.05),挑食习惯是中学生超重肥胖的保护因素(OR=0.524,P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市某中学336名12-15岁学生中男生超重肥胖的检出率高于女生;中学生超重肥胖的影响因素为食用含油或脂肪多的食物、饮用含糖饮料及挑食习惯;预防中学生超重肥胖需要改善中学生饮食生活习惯,加强家长及学校对中学生的健康教育。
Objective To understand the overweight and obesity status of middle school students aged 12-15 years old in Urumqi and its correlation with lifestyle,provide reference for health education intervention of middle school students. Methods From October 2019 to February 2020,using stratified random sampling method,1 school was randomly sampled in Urumqi,and then stratified according to Grade 7,Grade 8 and Grade 9. Each layer was sampled by simple random sampling,and totally 350 middle school students were selected as the study subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey. And the data were analyzed. Results After eliminating the missing invalid questionnaires,336 valid questionnaires were finally returned. 40(22.5%) of 178 boys were overweight and obesity,while 16(10.1%) of 158 girls were overweight and obesity. Eating oily or fatty foods,drinking sugary drinks and picky eating habits were the related factors of overweight and obesity in middle school students,and picky eating habits were the protective factors of overweight and obesity in middle school students(OR=0.524,P<0.05). Conclusion Among 336 12-15 year-old middle school students in Urumqi,the detection rate of overweight and obesity in boys is higher than that in girls. The related factors of overweight and obesity among middle school students are eating oily or fatty food,drinking sugary beverages and picky eating habits. In order to prevent overweight and obesity among middle school students,it is necessary to improve the dietary and living habits of this population,and strengthen the health education of parents and schools for middle school students.
